The liquid, using a dosing system, adjustable by PLC, via pump and valve drip, access to the envelope during the traction phase of the film and the time of welding. The size of the envelope are determined by two factors:
A) Width: dependent on the size of the collar forming.
B) Length: With encoders controlled by PLC, and if the film is neutral or printed in continuous mode, or by reader Mark if the film is so equipped, for centering the press itself.

Vertical packaging machine which allows automatic mode:

1) Form the bag flat sheet film reel monosaldante barrier.
2) Run the traction of the motorized film transport belts. Length envelope printing continues with encoder or mark for centering of print
3) Filling, prepared according to the dose of the liquid, self-priming pump with built-in.
4) Produce horizontal welding, cutting and detachment of the pack.
5) Insertion of the product by LOAD TRAY AUTOMATIC.
